Shannon Lietz is an award winning innovator with over two decades of experience pursuing advanced security defenses and next generation security solutions. Ms. Lietz is currently the DevSecOps Leader for Intuit where she is responsible for setting and driving the company’s cloud security strategy, roadmap and implementation in support of corporate innovation. She operates a 24x7 DevSecOps team that includes Red and Blue Team operations. Previous to joining Intuit, Ms. Lietz worked for ServiceNow where she was responsible for the cloud security engineering efforts. Prior to this, Ms. Lietz worked for Sony where she drove the implementation of a new secure data center and led crisis management for a large-scale security breach. She has founded a metrics company, led major initiatives for hosting organizations as a Master Security Architect, developed security software and consulted for many Fortune 500 organizations. Ms. Lietz holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Mount St. Mary’s College.

Rik Ferguson is Global VP Security Research at Trend Micro. He brings more than seventeen years of security technology experience to this role. Ferguson is actively engaged in research into online threats and the underground economy. He also researches the wider implications of new developments in the Information Technology arena and their impact on security both for consumers and in the enterprise, contributing to product development and marketing plans.
Ferguson writes the CounterMeasures blog and is the lead spokesperson for Trend Micro. He is often interviewed by the BBC, CNN, CNBC, Channel 4, Sky News and Al-Jazeera and quoted by national newspapers and trade publications throughout the world. Ferguson also makes a regular appearance as a presenter at global industry events. In April 2011 he was formally inducted into the InfoSecurity Hall of Fame.
Rik Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wales and is a Certified Ethical Hacker and CISSP-ISSAP in good standing.

Ian Kilpatrick is chairman of international value added distributor Wick Hill, part of the Nuvias Group. Wick Hill specialises in market development for secure IP infrastructure solutions and Kilpatrick has been involved with the company for more than 40 years. Wick Hill supplies organisations from enterprises to SMEs, through an extensive value-added network of accredited VARs.
Kilpatrick has an in-depth experience of IT, with a focus on networks, particularly security. He has a strong vision of the future in IT, focussing on business needs and benefits, rather than just technology. Ian Kilpatrick is a published author and has written numerous articles and features, both domestically and internationally, as well as being a regular speaker at conferences, seminars and exhibitions.
SICS Swedish ICT
Dr. Shahid Raza is a senior researcher at the SICS Swedish ICT Stockholm where he has been working since 2008. Shahid research interests include but are not limited to security and privacy in IPv6-connected IoT, interconnection of computing clouds and IoT, and the smart grid. Shahid is an Associate Editor of the premier IEEE IoT Journal and a TPC member of a number of targeted IoT conferences/workshops. In addition to participating in different EU (H2020 NobelGrid, FP7 CALIPSO, FP7 CONET, etc.) and Swedish (SeCThings, PROMOS, etc.) projects, Shahid has won a competitive research grant from the Swedish funding agency VINNOVA under the Strategic Innovation Program for the Internet of Things. Shahid has completed his industrial PhD from the SICS Swedish ICT Stockholm and also holds Master of Science degree from KTH Stockholm.
